Step 3: Acceptance Letter

Successful applicants receive an official acceptance letter with travel logistics, visa support information, and preparation guidelines.

Step 4: Travel to Cape Town

Fully funded delegates receive flight tickets and airport transfers. All delegates enjoy curated accommodation in Cape Town.

Step 5: The Summit Experience

Five days of intensive workshops, panels, networking, cultural experiences, and life-changing connections with fellow African leaders.

What is the registration fee?

The registration/application fee is $19.99 (approximately KES 2,599). This fee is required for all categories and is non-refundable.

What does "Fully Funded" mean?

Fully funded delegates only pay the $19.99 registration fee. YATBA covers travel, accommodation, meals, and all summit expenses. Selection is competitive — only the most qualified applicants are selected.

How are delegates selected?

Our selection committee reviews all applications based on merit, motivation statement quality, leadership experience, and geographic/gender diversity. Only 500 delegates will be accepted.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept M-Pesa (for Kenyan phone numbers) and PayPal/Credit Card payments (for international applicants). The M-Pesa amount is calculated at a rate of KES 130 per USD.

Can I apply from any country?

Yes! The summit is open to applicants from all countries worldwide. We encourage diverse representation from across the globe.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes! After paying the $19.99 registration fee, you can pay your remaining category balance in installments via our payment portal. Simply enter your registered email to view your balance and make payments at your own pace.

Will YATBA help with visa applications?

Yes, accepted delegates will receive a support letter from YATBA to assist with their South African visa application. We also provide guidance on the visa process.

What is the registration deadline?

The registration deadline is July 28, 2026. Applications received after this date will not be considered. We encourage you to apply early as spots are limited to 500 delegates.
